Wouldn't you like one that just says...

Like wooooo hooooo have great sex and lose weight ;0

Anyway how about this one?

I mean how many of you people out there have tried to diet?
I mean we all know... Eat your vegetables.... less oil... less salt... eat the right food... But what the heck is the right food???
There's just soooooo much food *shrugs again*
Okay okay let me tell you something... When it comes to dieting.... I say...

WING IT! Yeah just wing it seriously... no dieting book can actually tell you how to properly lose weight... You'll probably again it all back again. I mean if you find something that works for you and stick with it :D
We all know... the essential ways to lose weight... We don't need some book to teach us how to lose weight ;) Especially not this one

Like I said we all know how to lose weight, like seriously do you need some blog post/book/tv program to remind you?
So I shout out to all the people who want to get slim!
Drop those get fit books, get of the couch and stop watching get fit tv shows!

We all know exercise does work... I mean really we all do need a little bit of exercise (no shopping doesn't count, running about orchard road doesn't count either)
No really exercise is GOOD ;D
So did you do it?

Even if it doesn't show results at first don't give up just yet ;)
and please it doesn't help either when you count your carbs

For me I think its just wasting time... Really... Who would keep a carb book right beside them? Not to mention pressing your calculator (or the one in your phone) everytime you start eating...
Just watch what you eat.
Not too much ice cream, eat different vegetables, have a good serving of rice or noodles and try not to eat fast food ;)
and really.... for goodness sake don't shoot the weighing machine, don't kill yourself over it either :D

Have you ever wondered... What hasppened to all the skinny people who want to not just bulk up but actually gain a few kilograms?
I mean it only makes sense right? Some people wanna gain some while some others wanna lose some. Right? Or is it just me?
Anyway... ever wondered where all the how to gain weight books went to?
I think most never made the shelve... Except this one.

I wonder... Maybe someone should right a book on how to gain weight... see if it sells... and no I'm not talking about those build strong muscles book... just solely on weight gain... any ideas?

O and if you're french... and you wanna gain some weight... I guess you're out
of luck... but then again, women don't want to gain weight do they?
